This communication is intended to keep Homeowners apprised of current HOA issues as they are
identified while we work our way through this pandemic. While the State of Texas has opened up
business activities COVID-19 is still with us. At this point, neither the state nor federal government has
provided any relief on insurance liability issues relating to COVID-19. For this reason the Board will
continue to monitor all best practice recommendations and make adjustments to each of the below
topics as deemed appropriate on a monthly basis. Topics covered in this communication will be:
Monthly Board Meetings, Communications, Pool & Tennis Court Status, Key FOB Distribution and
Release Form collection, Delinquent Account Collections, Deed Restriction Letters, ACC Requests and
