The Second and Final Special Members Meeting - The Association is going to attempt to hold the "Second and Final Call" of the Special Members Meeting where Members will vote to increase the assessments from 3% to 5% for fiscal year 2024 to enable the Association to lease enough Flock cameras to cover each entrance to the community.
