Pool Key FOB distribution and waiver collection is scheduled for July 3rd and July 4th.
All key fobs are currently disabled for residents who have not turned in a COVID-19 waiver
form. Homeowners will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver to access the front park, pool
and tennis courts. When we receive the signed waiver your key fob will be reactivated.

We plan on issuing pool key fobs and collecting waiver forms on Saturday July 3rd and Sunday July 4th from
