New Management Company

At the April 16, 2013 Oakwood Glen Association Board meeting the board decided to engage a management company to deal with the day to day operation of the Association and began a search for suitable companies. At the May 21, 2013 meeting the board voted to engage Action Property Management as our new management company to begin on June 1, 2013. Homeowners should be receiving a welcome letter from them very soon.

April Board Meeting

All,

The board meeting that was scheduled for April 16, 2013 was not called to order due to a lack of quorum. Only three of the nine board members were available for the meeting. In accordance with the Article VI, Section 1 of the by-laws of Oakwood Glen Association I hereby call a regular board meeting to take place at 7:00PM on Tuesday April 23, 2013 at 17902 Hawk Haven Spring, Texas 77379.

Deed Restriction Enforcement

The Deed Restriction committee has been working since late last year to streamline our procedures and recommended that the board request contractor bids to process the deed restrictions. The board voted at the March meeting to enter into a contract with Action Property Management who will process the deed restrictions for the Oakwood Glen Association. If you have a violation you will be notified by mail. If you have any questions there is a contact number on the letter you received.

Pool Key Signup Days

This is to inform you that the OWG Homeowners Association will be hosting Pool Signup Days on Saturday, April 6th & Saturday, April 13th at the Clubhouse in the Back Park at 17902 Hawk Haven.

Signup times for both days will be 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

To be eligible for pool keys (sensors), homeowners or landlords must have all maintenance fees paid in full or have an agreement in place with the Accounting Dept. of the Homeowners Association.
