All,

My apologies to those residents who attempted to schedule a key FOB appointment recently. I was sick and isolating. 

I plan on issuing pool key FOBs on Saturday August 13th and Sunday August 14th from 11:00 AM – Noon at the Front Park Parking Lot, weather permitting. 

Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if you have a balance please send me your name and street address to pool@oakwoodglen.net and I can look it up or contact the management company.

Please bring a Photo ID that shows your name and current address.

If you are a renter please contact your landlord to see if they have already been issued a key fob. If a key has already been issued to the landlord or a previous renter and can’t be found you will need to pay the lost key FOB replacement fee of $25. Please bring a copy of your lease.

If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year. Please come to the front park to test your key to make sure it is working.

Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.

If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25 (check or money order only). Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.

Board Meeting Agenda – 08-16-2022

The August 2022 board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 08/16/2022 at 7:00 PM at the back park clubhouse.

The Board will be attempting to allow Homeowners access to the public meetings through Zoom on a trial basis. We are uncertain whether certain logistical issues will be detrimental to Zoom access ie… band width, acoustics in the club house, etc. We ask for your patience as we work out the logistics of providing Zoom access during a public meeting. Homeowners participating through Zoom will be able to observe the meeting but will not be able to directly participate. We believe Homeowners have the ability to message any questions they

Nuisance Complaint/ Abatement Request – 7118 Oakwood Glen Blvd. for Public Release

Hello Neighbors,

FYI, for some time now the Association has been attempting to address certain obvious issues
associated with the Oakwood Glen Condos located at 7118 Oakwood Glen Blvd (the front of the
subdivision).

To date the owner(s) have not responded to any attempt to communicate with them. Because of the owner(s) lack of response, we began gathering information confirming our concerns and have prepared the attached letter to send to the owner(s). We are also sending a copy of this letter to any regulatory agency or individual who may have any influence over the owner(s). We are certain that the Harris County Health Department- Environmental Division and the Harris County Sheriff Office – Nuisance Abatement Division have over site responsibilities on these issues. The others that were copied are included in case they also have some level of influence over the owner(s).

We are making this information available to our Homeowners so you will be aware that your Board is attempting to address this issue. We are not asking for Homeowners to personally contact any of the listed agencies at this time. This issue will not be resolved overnight and we “do” want to give the authorities the opportunity and time to do their jobs. Should the authorities fail to respond we may ask Homeowners who agree with our position to also voice their concerns with the appropriate agencies. We will let you know should your assistance be required.

Updates on this activity will be posted in the Monthly Board Meeting Minutes.

On a positive note, we believe our discussions with the owner of the Exxon convenience store were the catalyst that got him to paint over the graffiti on his building and the initial t rash clean up on his property. Keeping the trash picked up on his lot will probably be an ongoing battle.
