I would like to apologize to anyone that came to pickup a key fob today and were unable to get one.

The key fob computer database that controls the system crashed. I tried to restore several backups that were unsuccessful and finally after restoring a backup from early May I was able to get the system back up and running. Once things were running again I had to reenter the data from every key fob that I have issued since May 6th. I also had to go through the list of accounts and re-activate any keys where the homeowner paid off their balances which took several more hours.

I believe that the database is now up to date and will monitor the key log activity to be on the lookout for any key that has been disabled to see if it should be re-activated. If your key does not work and you believe it should please contact me at pool@oakwoodglen.net.

I plan on issuing pool key FOBs on Sunday June 2nd from 10:00 AM - 11:45 AM at the Front Park Parking Lot, weather permitting. 

Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. If you are not sure if you have a balance please send me your name and street address to pool@oakwoodglen.net and I can look it up or contact the management company.

Please bring a Photo ID that shows your current address. If you are a renter please bring a copy of your lease.

If you were previously issued a pool key FOB you can still use it again this year.

Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the cost is $25. Limit 2 per household.

If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25 (check or money order only). Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.
