New HOA Laws

There are some new laws that affect the Oakwood Glen Association. Some of these new laws took effect on September 1, 2011. Others will take effect on January 1, 2012.

These changes to the law are on the agenda for discussion during the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2011.
