Community Assistance Department (CAD)

General News
Precinct 4's Community Assistance Department (CAD) is responsible for processing work orders for maintenance requests. Whether you need a street or a stop sign replaced, need to request a road or sinkhole repair, or have questions or comments about Precinct 4 services, CAD can assist.

The Community Assistance Department website address is http://www.hcp4.net/cad/.
They can also be reached at (281) 353-8424 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To request a service online go to http://www.hcp4.net/cad/worf.htm and fill out the online work order form.

You can use their website to contact the county concerning street signs, stop signs and sign posts that need to be cleaned and repainted.

This site can also be used to request a traffic light at Five Forks and Stuebner Airline as many of the homeowners have requested. The more people that make the request the quicker the response. There are other areas that CAD can be involved with, those are sidewalk repair, especially those sidewalks that are broken or cracked and not smooth.
