The board of directors elected its officers at the meeting held on Tuesday January 21, 2014. The results are as follows.

The Oakwood Glen HOA Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month at the Clubhouse in the back park starting at 7:00 pm. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.

The Oakwood Glen Annual Christmas Party will be held on December 14th, 2013 from 4 to 8 PM at the back park clubhouse.

Notice of Annual Meeting
The 2013 Annual Meeting of the Homeowners of OAKWOOD GLEN, SECTIONS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), located in Harris County, Texas, will be held December 7, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Oakwood Glen Clubhouse, 17902 Hawk Haven Lane.
The election of board members will occur at this meeting. This year there are three board positions up for election for three-year terms.
At this meeting the membership will consider the following matters:
· Establish a quorum
· Election of Directors
· Counting of Ballots
· Announcement of Election Results
The annual meeting, originally scheduled in October, was adjourned to December 7, 2013. In order to have an official meeting, a quorum of 1/20 of the membership (46 people) must be present either through actual attendance or by proxy at the December 7, 2013, meeting. Enclosed is a proxy and absentee ballot for your convenience. If you cannot attend the meeting, please execute the proxy OR absentee ballot and mail it to APM, 11118 Cypress North Houston Road, Houston, Texas 77065; email a scanned copy to APM at apm@actionproperty.net; or fax it to 713-686-4694. APM must receive your proxy or absentee ballot no later than noon on Friday, December 6, 2013..
Use the proxy if you want someone, or the secretary, to represent and vote for you at the meeting. If you are granting your proxy to anyone other than the Secretary, please make sure he or she will be attending the meeting. Please remember only homeowner(s) are allowed to vote in elections.
Use the absentee ballot if you want to vote for one of the listed candidates. Nominations will also be taken from the floor during the meeting, which candidates will not be listed on the absentee ballot.
