The Deed Restriction committee has been working since late last year to streamline our procedures and recommended that the board request contractor bids to process the deed restrictions. The board voted at the March meeting to enter into a contract with Action Property Management who will process the deed restrictions for the Oakwood Glen Association. If you have a violation you will be notified by mail. If you have any questions there is a contact number on the letter you received.

The Oakwood Glen Annual Christmas Party will be held on December 15th, 2012 from 4 to 8 PM at the back park clubhouse.

The Billing for the HOA fees for 2013 has been mailed to all homeowners. Please watch for this in your mail. The Due Date is January 31, 2012. You may pay this at any time.
