The two new pickleball courts in Oakwood Glenn’s front park are now open. We are currently getting a quote for a light pressure washing of the tennis courts but that should not prevent Homeowners from enjoying the new pickleball courts in the meantime. The weatherman is predicting some nice weather over the holidays. When the pressure washing crew shows up, let them do their job and enjoy the new courts.
Several Homeowners have asked how to get a key FOB so they can access the pickleball courts. This time of year key FOBs are issued by appointment only. Contact Greg Gillis at
pool@oakwoodglen.net to set up an appointment. Your account will need to be paid in full or be current on a payment plan. To avoid any confusion, your 2026 assessments are not delinquent until February 1, 2026. Any balance on your account from previous years would be delinquent. If you are not sure if you have a balance please check your Sterling account or send Greg your name and street address to pool@oakwoodglen.net and he can look it up or contact the management company.
To receive the new key FOB please bring a Photo ID that shows your name and current address. If you are a renter please contact your landlord to see if they have already been issued a key fob. If a key has already been issued to the landlord or a previous renter and can’t be found you will need to pay the lost key FOB replacement fee of $25 (check or money order only). Please bring a copy of your lease. If you were previously issued a key FOB you can still use it. Please go to the front park to test your key to make sure it is working. Each home will receive one (1) key FOB at no cost. If you would like an additional key FOB the cost is $25 (check or money order only). Limit 2 per household. If you have lost your previously issued key FOB the replacement cost is $25 (check or money order only). Lost key FOBs are removed from the system.
