After failing to reach a quorum at the Annual Members Meeting on October 27, 2012 the meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 7:00 PM. According to the by-laws the quorum requirement will be cut from 90 to 45 on the second meeting so we should have the quorum and be able to open the annual meeting.
