Denny Payne has resigned his position on the Board for health reasons. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his service and wish him a speedy recovery. Jack Eannarelli has expressed an interest in serving the remainder of the term for the vacant position. Should any other member also wish to be considered for the vacant position please let us know. We will be voting to fill this position at the next Board Meeting on January 20th by vote of the Board and Members present at that meeting in accordance with our By-Laws.
